Never too late to lend some helping hands

December 5th, 2008

Well to be honest i know that my blog might be an insignificant blog to others. So whatever i promoted or blogged about won’t get much attention. But i’ll never give up in trying to lend a helping hand to people in need. My previous post i mentioned that this 21st December I’ll be joining April to the Agathians Shelter and bring them some moment of joy and happiness. To let them know that there’s still someone out there still cares about them. If you wanna come and join the fun here’s the place to go on this 21st december!

Date: Sunday, December 21, 2008
Time: 11:30am – 2:30pm
Location: Agathians Shelter
Street: No. 17, Jalan Tengas 8/8, Seksyen 8
City/Town: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Oh ya! There’s another chance to help out those needy ones. I’ve just received a mail from All Malaysian Blogger Project. Organising an event to help out those 100 underprivileged children in the Klang Valley area.

.The project called ” Project Gift a Kid. “. Its aim is to enrich the educational experience for these kids. There’s something in my life that was totally wasted! It is that I didn’t get a proper education! I didn’t get a proper education becaused of my illness and that was something that i regretted.I don’t wished to see these kids can’t have the education that they deserve to have it. Please people out there! My dearie friend’s and family’s how about posted the news in you guy’s Facebook,MSN or even blogged about it.
We can help them whichever way’s that suits us. You can help by sponsor some of their
back-to-school material – books, stationery, uniforms etc – for the 2009 school year. For your information the United International Pictures has also sponsor a kid a free movie tickets, for us blogger to write a post about this project! So you see i’ve just treat a kid to a free movie man!

Sponsor a kid can be from RM10-RM150.00 so hurry up fill in this form and here you have done something great! On behalf of the kid. Thank you very muchie jie jie and gor gor out there!

Thanks for supporting Project Gift A Kid – your contribution goes a long way in spreading the good word and helping these kids out.

We’ll be visiting the kids of Rumah WAKE 1 (the home for HIV+ kids) this Saturday, Dec 20 at noon. If you’re free and in KL, do join us. Drop me an email if you’re interested so I can send directions.

    Cheers!
